Apple Computer won its court case against Apple Records (aka The Beatles) allowing it to use the Apple logo in conjunction with the iTunes music store. The dispute was related around a 1991 settlement where the two companies decided not to cross into each other's line of business. Apple Records claimed that the use of the logo on the iTunes music store was too close to home. Apple Records says they will appeal, but it seems pretty obvious. Unless Apple starts producing its own music this should be a non-issue. --------
